From the moment you step into Cindy Spangler's home, you feel welcome. The foyer is filled with French-inspired pieces such as an antique table with a marble top, a beautiful crystal sconce, and faux Venetian plaster covering the walls. C'est Magnifique!The formal dining room is decorated with harlequin painted walls and a painted ceiling in dusty blue with a gold faux finish to coordinate with
